What parents and guardians need to know about Silverbacks.
A safe environment
Anti-bullying, safeguarding, supervised locker-room and clear coach/parent conduct standards.
Trial sessions
New players receive two free trial sessions before deciding whether to join.
Equipment
Full approved protective equipment is compulsory. Skates and selected introductory equipment may be available, subject to size, stock and confirmed arrangements.
Communication
Email and WhatsApp. All enquiries are monitored by Silverbacks management.
Photography consent
Photography consent will be collected before any media use.
Emergency procedures
Injury management and emergency procedures will be in place at every session.
